Character Creation
Rules

• 1. Characters will begin with 70 XP.
  
  2. Only human characters are allowed in this game.
  
  3. For Rokugani characters, only the Unicorn, Scorpion, Dragon, and Mantis have a presence in Medinaat al-Salaam and if you are playing as a Rokugani you may only play someone from one of those clans. Players of Rokugani Characters can chose from available schools or paths for which they meet the requirements except for from the any of the Elemental Books, Imperial Histories 2, or Sword and Fan, or the Yoritomo Shugenja School.
  
  4. The 4th edition Legend of the Burning Sands conversion can be found here.
  
  5. Players will begin with two languages. Their native tongue and Mekhem. If Mekhem is their native language, they may chose one of the following languages to know for free: Senpet, Yodotai, Ivindi, Rokugani
  
  6. Characters should not exceed a Status of 4.0.
  
  7. We will not be using Ancestors or the Honor Roll Rule in this game.
  
  8. Shadowlands Powers and Maho will not be allowed in this game.
  
  9. This board has a rating of PG13, please keep that in mind when playing.
  
  10. No Expy characters will be allowed.
