Having gotten word that the Moshi are attempting something to ease the burdens on their land and wanting to help, Kasuga Tsukaisute endeavors to make his way up to a shrine on the mountaintop. He is stopped by the Lion guards, however, and, despite his efforts, he is unable to sway them. When they begin to mutter and array their weapons, he lifts his hands in surrender and withdraws.
Within him, a voice cackles and says What a cock-up! And to think you're worthy of my name!
His cheeks burn with shame as he heads back to the town.
